As an Associate Broker I personally manage all of single family residences to insure those properties receive the sufficient time and personal attention they require. Our business philosophy is centered on the quality of service and not the quantity of units managed. I also hold the CPM designation, Certified Property Manager, from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

We provide full service property management to property investors and owners. If you are prepared to do your own property management, our property leasing service will find the right tenant to get you started. We also offer real estate sales consultation and service based on our 19+ years experience in real estate sales. Other advisory services include 1031 exchange, Prop. 60 consultation (Transfer of Property Tax Base) and Buy/Hold/Exchange analysis.

The one-time fee for Single Family and Condominium leasing is 1/2 of the first months rent. The fee covers all advertising, credit / eviction checks, employment checks and lease preparation.
