Larry Waelde, CPM, Associate Broker
With a background in relocation services, Kathleen began selling real estate in 1987, specializing in
assisting relocating families with a level of concierge service that resulted in high praise and
referrals. She believes that her clients deserve more than just help in finding a home. By adding a
personal touch and paying attention to there emotional and financial goals of her clients, she has
helped countless homebuyers. Kathleen has been a real estate professional her entire working life. BS
Degree Bowling Green State University -Education, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the
Realtor Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Licensed Broker/Realtor.
Licensed since 1975 and bringing a life time of professional Real Estate experience including real
estate appraising (Bank of America), investment property analysis/management (Real Estate Investment
Trusts) and residential sales. Larry specializes in working with relocating executives as well as
investors. His understated and relaxed approach is reinforced with a strong sense of follow- through
and proactive problem solving. BS Degree California State University Fullerton - Urban Planning,
Certified Property Manager, Certified Relocation Expert-Buyer, and Licensed Broker/Realtor.
Like many of us, Kathleen and Larry are transplants. Larry was born in Buffalo N.Y. and Kathleen in
Bradner, Ohio. They have resided in Alameda County since 1979 and have owned homes or investment property
in Fremont, Pleasanton and Livermore. Kathleen and Larry have two sons ages 10 and 15. Their real
estate backgrounds also include appraisal, property management and relocation counseling. Kathleen is
an avid reader, enjoys aerobics and is an active volunteer in the local schools. Larry's passions are
football and gardening. They are devoted to sons Christopher and Stephen. Kathleen and Larry learned
early how to get the best results and that was by actively paying attention to the needs of their
clients. They believe their clients deserve more than just help in finding a home. By adding a personal
touch and paying attention to the emotional and financial goals of their clients, they've helped
countless homebuyers. Kathleen and Larry have been real estate professionals their entire working lives
